First and foremost the customer service supporting travelers especially when at unfortunate events. The hotel manager graciously accepted to move our non-refundable booking due to the global IT issue that resulted in our flights being cancelled and moved two days ahead! They managed to accommodate us without extra charge acknowledging the special circumstances and making us smile again! This hits the core of true and honest hospitality. Other than that the hotel is at a great location with excellent staff and wonderful breakfast.

Good location in Kifissia. Short walk to the main shopping / area in Kifissia. We had a basement suite which was very spacious, perfect for our one night stay. Got to use the facilities for a buffet breakfast and swimming pool however you have to walk about 100m down the road to their other property to use these facilities. Not a terrible inconvenience for the price you pay. Buffet breakfast was good.

The breakfast was really nice - lots of good options to choose from. The staff are really nice and chilled out - we were told the pool closed at 7pm but no one came and made us leave which was really appreciated. The pool area is really lovely and what made this place worth staying at and is not too busy which was ideal. AC is the rooms worked really well!

the breakfast buffet was excellent. the short walk to the Palace for all the amenities was simple the room was super huge and spotless with balcony doors that opened up to the garden area the Palace grounds is worth the trip alone, beautiful lobby, bar and restaurant

This was an excellent hotel for us as we had to attend a wedding in the area . Quality room with excellent furnishings , good wifi. Comfortable beds and settee .The pool and breakfast buffet are at the main hotel, 5 minutes walk away .
